Extrusion profile

Aluminum Extrusion profiles are formed using the extrusion process; the extrusion die design determines the cross sectional shapes & dimensions. Extrusion profiles are categorized as hollow & solid profiles. It is also commonly designated as standard profile & custom profile. Standard profiles include angle profile, channels profile, and round bar, square bar, hex bar and so on. Custom profile will be made per customer drawing. APALT has the near net shape design & manufacturing capability for dies to achieve tight tolerances Extrusion profiles either for simple or complex cross sections. Our extrusion profiles are widely used in automotive, transportation, HVAC&R, industry and so on.
